Phase 1: Discovery & Strategy (The Blueprint)
Before I touch a digital canvas, I need to understand your "Why." We start with a brief questionnaire or a discovery call to dive into your brand’s mission, target audience, and style preferences.
Goal: To ensure the design is strategically aligned with your business goals.
Outcome: A shared creative direction and a clear project roadmap.
Phase 2: Onboarding & Commitment
Once we’ve agreed on the blueprint, we make it official.
The Contract: We’ll sign a simple project agreement to protect your intellectual property and outline our shared expectations.
The Deposit: A 50% upfront payment is required to secure your spot in my design calendar. This commitment allows me to dedicate my full focus and creative energy to your project.
Phase 3: Creative Concepting (The First Look)
This is where the magic happens. I take our strategy and translate it into unique visual directions. For logos, I focus on form and scalability; for illustrations, I focus on character and narrative.
The Reveal: You’ll receive a presentation of initial concepts to review.
Feedback: We’ll discuss what’s resonating and choose a direction to move forward with.
Phase 4: Refinement & Polishing (The Fine-Tuning)
Based on your feedback, I’ll hone in on your favorite concept. This is the stage where we perfect the color palette, finalize the typography, and ensure every detail is intentional.
Revisions: Includes 3 rounds of revisions to ensure the final result is exactly what you envisioned. Addional revisions cost extra.
Precision: Every design is tested for clarity at multiple sizes.
Phase 5: Final Delivery & Launch (The Handover)
After your final approval and the remaining balance is settled, I prepare your Complete Brand Toolkit.
Deliverables: You’ll receive an organized folder with all source files (AI, EPS), high-res PNGs, and your Usage Guide.
Launch-Ready: You’re now equipped with everything you need to show off your new look to the world.
